Useless Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Service Ever!!!!!!!! I place an order on 25/05/2018 for my daughters birthday on 04/06/2018. Only to be told after numerous follow ups, that they have the wrong address, the driver cant find the school address, because he is in Durban, no wonder. My address and confirmation clearly stated WESTERN CAPE. The gift is already a day late. Was promised on a mail, I will get a full refund, if they cant even deliver the gift, I have no hopes for a refund. This was the first time, and the last time I used Netflorist, and I will bad mouth them wherever I go. PATHETIC IS NOT EVEN A WORD TO DESCRIBE THEM.
