Useless NetFlorist company

This company is dam useless. I made an order yesterday to deliver to gifts today (valentine gifts). as of now they have not delivered the items and they are saying that their policy is to deliver around six pm at a business area. it does not make sense because the person who suppose to receive those gifts will not be available at that time. On their website they don't indicates time frames. So basically means that the parson who suppose to get the valentine gift will lose out. Is highly unacceptable behaviour from this *********** company.
