Useless, ***********, poor service, disappointed!

I had ordered flowers on 08/02/2019 to be delivered on 11/02/2019. this was for a friends birthday, however 3 days later it is yet to be delivered. I have spoken to about 5 different call centre agents, each who clearly did not help me. One after the other they gave me empty promises. The manager Maureen then assured me that it will in her words "definitely be delivered today", yet nothing has been delivered. Clearly this is a task too complex for Netflorist to complete.
