Useless

I placed an order on the 16th of December for delivery the 23rd of December and receive a message yesterday saying the gift will be delivered today. Today I receive a message saying the gift will only be delivered on the 29th of December. Last year was the same issue and I thought for some reason they would get it right this year.

Why even offer a service if you can't fulfill due to inefficiency??
