Useless Delivery Service

I placed an order for Deliver from your Useless Company who cant even get a delivery correct.

To my Surprise the delivered Item was not correct and i placed an order 2 weeks in advance already.

I have called the call center and spoke to Yanga who is not helpful at all by rectifying this matter on the day it should have been delivered which is today the 11 June 2018.

I am told that this will be sorted out tomorrow, which defeats the purpose of this gift, as this is an anniversary gift and not just any gift for a Random day.

I would HIGHLY appreciate if this matter can be resolved today and if its not delivered today. I want a refund this GIFT and My delivery fee, as this was an incorrect delivery and will not be charged for something that you MESSED up.

Please can someone who is competent resolve this matter TODAY still or process my refund, as i will not accept this gift tomorrow.

If this cannot be done today. I will assure that this will be my last time i will be using Your Services.
