Useless delivery

Ordered a gift for my friend’s birthday early on Thursday morning to be delivered on Friday. Friday came and gone with no delivery. Contacted the call centre this morning and was told that they have no reason why my gift was not delivered. Was promised that it would be delivered before 16:00 today. Still nothing. Useless! Overpriced!
