Useless Company

Unprofessional company. Placed an order on the 3rd October for delivery on the 16th October for bosses day. Got a call on the 15th at 15:30 to let me know that they won't be able to deliver as they are out of stock and would like to offer me a voucher. If I wanted a voucher I could have bought one at a better store. I need the full R700 refund in my account as I'm not willing to pay R60 delivery for R99 chocolates that I can find anywhere. Useless company and call center agents.
