Useless as always

I never seem to learn with these guys

Utterly useless

I placed an order online paid via eft sent through the proof of payment. No one bothers to call me and tell me that there is an issue and when I login to check I see the order is not even reflexing on their system.

I think going forward I will stick to Interflora as these guys are utterly useless
