Useless

Please refrain form using these people, here is my story as short as possible, before using them today, I gave the place a call, the guy on the phone instructed me that I need to use the online service and I don't have to worry about a thing, if the florist cant deliver the flowers to my wife today it will show that on the site, exited I order roses for my wife's birthday to be delivered at her work, I wanted to track the order and saw it was sent for cancelation, I once again gave them a call, I was informed that indeed the order was canceled as they can't deliver today its a system error, now I have no roses and the money set aside for the roses will only be payed back in a weeks time. I asked to speak to a manager, I could not, he said they would call me back, I now know the quality of the service told the guy I bet him they won't, its the end of the day, and no call, no gift no money, dont let this place do this to you... Wish I had read all the Hallo Peter reviews sooner
