Useless

I ordered a 'get well soon' package to be delivered on the 2nd of September. Rediculous pricing, but thought it was worth it since it was going to be delivered the very next day. The next day came and no delivery. They called and said they made a mistake on their side and there's been a delay but they'd make sure to have it delivered first thing on the 3rd of Sept. It's not 1pm and still no delivery. No updates sent to me, nothing. I called and asked for a refund and you only get that I'm 10 days time.

Awful. Seriously!!
