Use Netflorist to deliver you flowers the day AFTER the birthday :( :(

This is the second time that I have ordered a birthday surprise for someone, and the delivery did not take place on the promised day.... THE ACTUAL BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!! I am so unhappy and disappointing, and all they can say in sorry!!! It doesn't mean the same if the flowers are not delivered on the actual birthday!!!!!!!!!! I will never use this service again!!!!!!!!!!!!
