Upsetting service

Very upsetting, disappointing & bad experience. Netflorist messed up a delivery to my son for his birthday, in the end he only received his gift the day after his birthday, by then it was no longer a surprise. They kept giving me the run around, contraindicated themselves, despite me sending them screenshot proof. When my son eventually received the gift, he sent me pics, extremely disappointing for the price, not worth the price or the horrible experience and definately not a good enough reason for Netflorist to drop the ball so badly. Yes, I received an apology call and a rescheduling arrangement made, however it doesn't fix or make up for the situation caused by Netflorist. It's not the 1st time that an order caused upsets, yet I keep giving Netflorist the benefit of the doubt, maybe I'm being a fool hoping & trusting... I have just placed another order to send to my new daughter in law for her birthday... I seriously hope & pray that all goes well this time....
