Upset and Disappointed Customer!!!

I am really unhappy with the service I received. I made an order yesterday for delivery of flowers to my wife who had a birthday today. She had to wait 40mins plus for her delivery alone at her workplace when they(Netflorist Consultants) said she would receive the delivery not later than 3pm. This was meant to be a surprise but turned sour at the end. I am really not happy at all.
