Please find below the order details and order number for the recipient mentioned ***. I am dissatisfied with the plant delivered today. Kindly provide a solution to rectify this issue as the delivered plant does not match what was paid for. Attached is an image of the plant received a few minutes ago. The plant is so to say dead
