Untrue Communication

I placed an order for Two items to be delivered on 12 April, 1. Flowers (***) and 2. A snack box ( for a friend's birthday. The flowers arrived on 12 April and the snack box not. I get a notification that the snack box arrived on 13 April with a different order number (***), which has NOT been delivered. Yet my friend is still waiting for the item. This is appalling service from Netflorist whom i made use of for the longest time. I am not a happy client at all.
