Unsubscribed but still being harassed

I placed an order over a year ago for my wife's birthday. Nothing arrived on the day, nor the next. I gave them some grace and contacted them the following day only for them to ask why I wanted a refund, despite it being clear in the order that it was a birthday for my wife. They finally refunded the payment, not helping the fact that my wife had not gotten her birthday surprise. Angry at NetFlorist I unsubscribed from their notifications and emails, only for them to continue sending me spam two or three times a week. The unsubscribe option on the emails, does not work. My settings in my profile have been checked and clearly state no emails, but I keep getting the emails and a constant reminder of my wife's sadness at me 'forgetting her birthday'. How do I stop these emails and mental harassment? Junk mail does not help as I have to review to ensure no valid emails have been 'junked'.
