Unsolicited email's personally directed/offensive
The below email was sent to my personal email having signed up as a new client and didn't use the voucher as yet for suck reasons as few days later i get a very offensive and harsh email from netflorist just for not using their voucher code i was questioned about my knowledge and asked questions like who hurt me? Is the even relevant just for not using a voucher code???
I've sent many emails but got no answers
Hi scaredy-cat,
I noticed you haven’t used that voucher you were checking out yet.
What happened?
If I had to guess, I’d say you either forgot the code (which is LE21ADS) or you’re worried we’re some shady online **** that’s trying to hustle you?
Breathe easy, we’ve been around since 1999. Ask Google, we’re a year younger than them and we’re as legit as your Levi's.
Listen, we’re not even breaking even on this, we just gave you R150, that’s way more than even our costs!
I mean, for a couple of R100’s, we’re helping you gift something amazing, buying everything to put it together, hand wrapping it and still delivering it for you.
But you’re probably thinking, there’s still a catch (ok, seriously, who hurt you?!)…
There’s no catch. We’re just trying to be nice in a time where people should be kinder, where sentiments and surprises matter more than a WhatsApp.
Still not keen? Tell you what, if you don’t get an excited high pitched call from your recipient once they receive their surprise, we’ll pay for your order, in full, no questions asked.
And if you’re still worried, even after that, give my company a call, ask to speak to me and let’s catch up?
Kind regards,
