unsatsfied with Gift ( order no ***)

I’m very disappointed with first experience with netflorist.

I usually got indecisive to place an order with you guys but I thought since is a special day for special lady let me try to use the service.

Delivery was made without complete package as chocolates are missing.

I phoned to enquire about this and the lady I spoke to didn’t even be sympathetic about the whole situation.

The flowers were supposed to be with chocolates and the whole purpose has been defeated. I’m not happy at all even if the chocolates are delivered tomorrow.

THE WHOLE PURPOSE IS DEFEATED AS IT WAS SUPPOSE TO COME AS PACKAGE JUST WISH I CAN JUST REVERSE THIS AND THE ORDER IS DELIVERED AS A PACKAGE.
