Unsatisfied with Delivery Procedure

Dissapointed with Netflorist. I've been using netflorist for years however after stating it's a gift, they still messaged the person it was for asking to receive the delivery on the date I have picked or reschedule the date. I have picked the delivery date hence the delivery should be done on that date, do not ask the receiver when would like to receive the gift. This took out the whole joy of the giving the gift in the first place. I would not select a delivery date if I wasn't sure they would receive it so this whole delivery was quite dissapointing after using netflorist for 3+ years.
