Unsatisfied costumer

Ordered my boyfriend a birthday present and payment had to done within 48 hours and so i did ...which the delivery was suppose to be the day after ..but now i paid but they telling me the personalizing machine is broken and they making it my problem..its his birthday tomorrow and i need those things to be delivered before the end of the day tomorrow....so what im i suppose to do
