Unsatisfactory service

I ordered a Black Tie and Navy Tie gift set as shown on the image with personalised cufflinks. The recipient only received a black and black and white polka dots tie without the personalised cufflinks. On the phone I was told they don’t have the navy tie it was just an image. I’m disappointed honestly.
