Unsatisfactory service

Good Day<br> <br> I placed an order for delivery on the 2th of Feb and called in requesting that the delivery be at the offices by 4 pm.<br> According to Chad - he could not assist me/ if even contact the driver regarding the progress / status.<br> <br> I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED AS YOU WERE UNABLE TO DELIEVER WHEN I WANTED !<br> <br> You have ruined the surprise I had for a very special person in my life !
