Unresolved complaint and refund to remain unresolved

I ordered a bouquet for Mother's day. Netflorist NEVER delivered stating I didn't email proof of payment. On Monday, the 13th I sent an email enquiring why the bouquet was never delivered. The response netflorist never received my proof of payment. I resent my proof of payment and asked for a refund as mother's day is over. Received an email on the 14th May. My proof of payment has the incorrect amount and references number. But, on the email sent from netflorist the amount and email match exactly. Unfortunately, the complaint will remain unresolved and netflorist will keep the amount even though it is such a small amount. So useless service from the whole company. Not worth supporting...
