Unreliable & very disappointing
I ordered a birthday gift and it was never delivered to the recipient even though i did mention what time the building would be closed and reminded them over the phone and their online text messages. It is very devastating to look forward to your loved one receiving the gift on their special day only to find out hours later that they never actually received your gift.
At this point I don’t even know what happened or where the gift is because no one from netflorist contacted me to explain what is happening.

19 Jul 2024, 18:46Why can’t neflorist inform the customer that they won’t be able to deliver on time so that one can come up with plan B? Why cant they communicate? Why do they advertise gifts as available for same day or next day delivery if they are not going to do it? You sit the whole day waiting and nothing happens… it’s devastating.
