Unreliable service with very bad communication

I placed an order on 13/02/2023 to be delivered 15/02/2023. On the 16/02/2023 at 4pm i canceled the order as the order was late and not delivered on the 15/02/2023 as stated on the Netflorist app. Nobody communicated with me to say why my order has not been delivered. After phoning numerous times for my order to be canceled and refunding of my money my order was delivered on Monday 20/02/2023 after i made it clear that i don't want the order anymore. Only 1 item has been delivered where i ordered 2 items on the app. The communication is pathetic, and their service is unreliable.
