Unreliable Service Provider, like so many in South Africa! -(Minus)100% satisfaction guaranteed.

No reliable service. I ordered a valentines gift for my fiance on 7 February 2019. Today is valentines day 14 February 2019 and I just received the following email at 15H00:

We just wanted to let you know that we attempted delivery of your order Item Number ************** today but we were unfortunately unsuccessful because there is no stock available;

Your order will be marked for priority and a new gift will go out as soon as possible.

WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been trying to call them the whole day as the tracking said order on route, no success there. Now today I find out there's no stoc****!!!!!!!!!! Do not take customer's money when you cannot deliver the product................Let us know in advance! not when the day is almost over.......................... Poor planning and incompetence on your side, yet another ****ty service provider.................. Welcome to SOUTH AFRICA

So what can you possibly do to make this right before end of business today???? Utterly disappointed
