Unreliable service

Horrible services they provide. And unfortunately my wife prefers using them. I have received 3 deliveries from them, and each time they get to me the flowers look dead because they deliver them around 5pm when the delivery left their stores at 8am. Yesterday was my birthday, my wife got me 3 items and not even one of them was delivered. This morning when I call to enquire, I was told that only one of them are out for delivery and they are not sure when will they get to me. I tried explaining that I am leaving work by 12 midday and the lady told me that there is nothing they can do for me. I am highly disappointed and demotivated
