Unreliable Service and poor quality of product + Missing items!

I ordered flowers on the 31'st of October to be delivered in George. The order was for 24 red roses. I received an out of stock notification. Netflorist then indicated the flowers were delivered as indication by the order tracking facility. But still no flowers. After two complaints with the call center the flower got delivered a week later with half of the amount of roses. I give up Netflorist! You will also go out of business like most other companies that deliver bad service. This is VERY clear from the reviews on this portal! And just a matter of time! I will never use your services again!
