Unreliable service

I have never met such *********** people like Netflorist staff. I placed an order for same day delivery and to my surprise the order came incomplete. I called them in no less than 10 minutes after the driver left my office and was told that he will come back and I was sent from pillar to post and guess what no apology came through and was forced to be refunded which I was told that it can only be made 10 to 15 days later.
