UNRELIABLE SERVICE

I ordered and paid for a fairly expensive specific flower arrangement for an out of town special occasion 10 days before the event. The day before the event they informed me that they could not provide the flowers as ordered and offered an alternative. Given the short notice I had no choice but to accept flowers that under different circumstances I would not have ordered.
