Unreliable, Incompetant, and Poor Service.

<p>I ordered flowers for a loved one on 22/02/2017 to be delivered on 3/3/2017 (For a birthday)... Keep in mind these guys advertise a same day service.<br /><br />Today, 3/3/2017 has progressed and my order was never even dispatched. However, netFlorist had no issues charging me for a service that they did not provide. Isnt that called #Theft?????<br /><br />This is not the first time they have let me down. Flowers often arrive very late on the day in question, or the quality of flowers are so bad that they die as soon as the 48 hrs to return flowers expires. Woolworths flowers last infinately longer and are priced better.<br /><br />Basically, Be careful when using this service as they are unreliable and offer a substandard product.<br /><br /></p>
