UNRELIABLE FOR PRECIOUS SERIOUS MATTER, USE OTHER COMPANIES

NOT RELIABLE FOR VEY SERIOUS AND URGENT MATTERS. My gift was not delivery on requested date as per the order. No explanation nothing. I got a misleading email saying out on delivery, later at night only to find out that it is in production, AND NOT DELIVERED!!! VERY UNRELIABLE!
