Unreliable, Disappointing Netflorist

I'm having the worst service from Netflorist. No one calls back or follows up on orders. Two incorrect deliveries so far and still waiting for them to sort it out! No quality control. Won't recommend or use them again. They should also do something about their awful adverts...
