Unreliable, disappointing, failed to deliver and non-existent customer service!

Disappointing and unprofessional service from Netflorist. Ordered a birthday cake and gift for a family member for delivery today (31 July 2020) before 1pm. Netflorist failed to deliver and has not responded to any of the numerous emails I have sent them in this respect. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a total disregard for their customers. A number of my family and friends celebrate their birthday's this month, but I will definitely not be making use of netflorist ever again.
