Unreliable delivery update and service

Their website kept giving a false update of when the package was out for delivery. The package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. By the time it is delivered, the intendent recepient will not be at the address. This is really disappointing. And they never called to update me on why the package was not being delivered, I had to call them. This is really bad business from Netflorist. I ruined the reason why I sent the gift to the person.
