Unreliable company/ no services !

They truly have the worst service

I booked a package at 9:36 am and its 5 pm the package still has not been delivered.

No one can tell me why and if you try to use their chat services they end the helpline if you take more than 1 minute to respond.

I will never use them again i could of bought the flowers myself and delivered it if i knew it wouldnt happen
