Unreliable, Bad Service

I'd like to lodge a complaint against Netflorist.<br> I ordered a birthday gift for my husband and paid on Thurday 17th Sept, the website said the parcel was going to be delivered the next day. Friday 18th Sept, on my husbands birthday.<br> I checked up on the order constantly and saw that it was \being prepared"from 8am to 12noon.
