Unreliable and unresponsive: a letdown from start to finish

We placed our order well in advance, but unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive on the specified date. What added to our disappointment was the lack of communication regarding the delay, the gift is still not delivered.

Both the call centre and chat support did not provide assistance and were unreachable.

Overall, the service was poor. It is frustrating when companies advertise Valentine's gifts but fail to fulfil their commitment to the delivery. It was a no show…
