Unreliable and disgusting service

So disappointed and embarrassed right now. I ordered multiple gifts from Netflorist that were supposed to be delivered today as an early Valentine's gift for my wife. The gift arrived, however only one item, the other items were not delivered. So now my wife only received half of the gift and it doesn't make sense. Now i can't exactly tell her that it's not all of it as it was supposed to be a surprise.

Also thanks for your awesome customer care netflorist. Telephone lines that no one answers and also no responses via e-mail either, probably won't even read this. This is truly disgusting service from a company that is all about delivering gifts for occasions, will never use your service again
