Unreliable and disappointing

NetFlorist does not take any responsibility for delivering orders to incorrect recipients. Their courier company does not verify the identity of recipient. My order (***) was delivered to someone who falsely claimed to be the recipient because their courier company does not follow due diligence to verify the recipient identity.
