Unreliable!

I Placed 2 orders on the Monday and was told I would receive it on the Friday. I did not receive half my order on Friday which completely ruined my surprise for my friend. I then was told that I would receive it yesterday, the 7th, as I received a phone call asking if I would be home in the day to receive the order. I confirmed that they would deliver it to my address because the previous address was my work address. I then organized that I see my friend this morning so that I may give it to her. But again, I RECEIVED NOTHING YESTERDAY!

This is now the second time that I have been let down by net florist! I don’t know if this is some sort of joke, but I find it extremely unprofessional as I feel no one actually knows what is going on with my order! You have completely ruined a surprise TWICE and i will never be using netflorist ever again.

I still need the order but I have no clue when it will be delivered. Netflorist has caused me such an inconvenience! They better not apologize and send me a box of high quality chocolate! I want my order and want a refund for literally ruining my surprise twice!!!
