Unreliable

I ordered a Valentines present for my 8 year old daughter to be delivered on the 12th Feb as I was out the country and wanted her to feel special. Phone calls of at least 20mins a time to Rudi, Do-Do, Ibraham, Warren, Lizzy, Betty, Devon and Shelly have not lead to any success in getting the parcel. We are now 18th Feb , 6 days later and still don't have the parcel. Promises to phone back just don't happen. Yesterday a drive came around 5pm after another lengthy phone cal with half the goods, I sent him away. I was promised by Betty that the complete parcel with a sorry voucher would be sent by 8am this morning. (.45 they arrive once again with the same parcel as yesterday.<br> I am disgusted in the way I have been treated and this matter handled. I have presently been on hold to Devon as I am writing this mail for 20 mins ????This is the last time I will use them
