Unreliable

I ordered flowers for my mom, for delivery on her birthday. Despite Netflorist's website indicating that the package was “out for delivery”, it was not delivered - my mom did not receive her birthday present on her birthday. This is not the first time Netflorist either failed to deliver or not delivered what was promised. I shan't use Netflorist again.
