UNPROFESSIONAL/FALSE ADVERTISING

Spend almost 4 hours on their website trying to order two simple things, red roses and chocolates as an add on or a combo woth roses and chocolates. I was not able to place an order since there was no stock even though it is advertised as an add on and they only tell you this once i proceeded to checkout. I spent those 4 hours adding and removing numerous items since there was stock. Tried chatting to an agent who couldn't assist, then to a different agent who rudely says tbe issue is resolved and ended the chat, very unprofessional. Now i literally have a headache.
