Unprofessional, unreliable and pathetic.<br> <br> Made it clear where and by what time a delivery was to reach a recipient but to no avail. NETFLORIST never had the decency to let me know the delivery was running late nor did they care when I followed up. Their call center staff are rude and unprofessional and shift the blame happily to a third party courier.<br> <br> Will never be using their pathetic services again that's for sure.
