Unprofessional to say the least

I made an order on the 21st of April which was due for delivery on the 6th of May. On the 6th it was getting late so I decided to call them to get clarity on whether they are still delivering or whats happening. When I called them I was told that they changed the delivery date to the 7th of May and mind you I was not informed about this date change. On the 7th, still nothing and they gave no reasonable explanation as to why they did not deliver it either. I am yet to wait for them to decide when its suitable for them to deliver already. Their lack of communication s****s and professionalism is atrocious!
