Unprofessional Service due to NetFlorist not delivering what we order, but do decide themselves to replace a item with whatever they think is acceptable!!!

Never experienced such poor service! Order pot plant for a dear friend to be delivered Friday 27/08/2021. Wrong pot plant was delivered on order ****041. Sent a complaint and received another confirmation that the correct order was now delivered on Saturday 28/08/2021. Just to be once again shocked to learn from my friend's son that no such order ever reached her on Saturday. Totally discussed service. Will never use NetFlorist ever again.
