Unprofessional service

I placed my order very early on the 30th of December. I kept tracking my order but realized it has been on preparation stage since 07:00 in the morning. When i enquired about my order i was then told that "your order would not be delivered today", this was after 12. I processed the refund and was told it would take 1 to 3 working days. Today i enquired and was told that my refund was not proceeded and that i should wait again for 1 to 3 working days.

This is the second time using their services and on both occasions i received horrible service. My R500 might not really do much to the business but it means something to me. It will be a day in hell before i use netflorist again in my life.
