Unprofessional

I expected a lot from this company. When dealing with them, please lower your expectations. My order was handled very poorly.

I am sure thay this is a good company, it just seems that some people who work there are not willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the customer is happy.

We pay hard earned money for these things we order. We expect a great service.

I don't think I will go back for any future orders. There are many other companies that provide the same service. I am sure one can do better....
