Unorganised, unhelpful & unapologetic.... bad experiences from a previously loyal customer!

In the first week of May, i had placed an order with netflorist to deliver a Hungery Hiker Man Crate (approx R1200) for my fathers birthday. The highlight of the crate was 1 item specifically - The panaromic landscape creater. This also happened to be the most valuable item at R699. I was also ensured that it would be a sameday delivery.

A few hours after I had placed the order and paid, Netflorist called to let me know that one of the items in the man crate was no longer in stock, and they could replace it with an alternative item. I agreed as it wasn't the most valuable item in the crate.

Once the crate arrived, i was shocked to see that the Landscape Creator wasn't in the box, and embrassed to be giving a gift made up of only extras and no substance. Immediately i photographed everything and sent an email on the exact same day to notify them of the mistake. Naturally i received their auto-email to ensure me that they would look into it immediately.

A few weeks later I had still not received anything.

A month later I called and they told me they had an email backlog and will attend to my email when they can

Almost 2 months later I call again and still no apology - just that I must wait until they get to my email....!!!!!

I am horrified that 2 months down the line I still haven't even received an acknowledgement that there was an error... And I am still hanging around with an unused crate of incomplete goodies in the hope that some honest person at Netflorist will give me what I had paid for. Not just a redbull, energy bar, and a pocket knife.

As a regular Netflorist customer ****erally ordering things every month), I am sad to say that I have refused to make another purchase there, and horrified that they are so eager to lose regular customers.
